Hyattstown MillHyattstown is one of the oldest villages in Montgomery County and is known for its historic houses and rural scenery. It was founded in 1798 by Jesse Hyatt, a farmer from Frederick County. During that year, the town had a one-room schoolhouse, butcher, blacksmith and other stores.
